What we collect

• Contact details you provide when you WhatsApp, email or call to request a quote (name, phone, email, address).
• Photos of your job you send with a quote request.
• Aggregate site analytics via Google Analytics (page views, referrer, approximate location). We do not use this to identify individual visitors.

How we use it

To reply to your quote request, to schedule the work, and to invoice you. That's it. We don't sell your data or share it with third parties, other than the analytics processor (Google) for aggregate site metrics.

How long we keep it

Quote-request contact details and photos: kept for 12 months from the last contact, then deleted. Invoice and job records: kept for 6 years to meet HMRC requirements. Analytics data: standard Google Analytics retention.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@winghamhandyman.co.uk. You can also request a copy of what we hold on you. You have the right to complain to the ICO if you're not satisfied with how we've handled your data.
