Wingham-specific notes

Heritage colour choices. On the High Street CA stretch, the fleet-default paint palette leans towards heritage cream, matched-Georgian off-white, or the softer greys used on 19th-century cottage joinery. Not on-trend chalky black. Dover DC does not enforce this, but the CA character is protected by consensus and the neighbours notice.

Interior work in occupied cottages. Furniture-out or furniture-in dust-sheeted, both work. Dust-sheeted adds about £40 to a room to cover the extra care.
